Historic Deutschtown hosts the nationally recognized Main Street program This program provides staffing, through the Northside Leadership Conference, and technical assistance to Historic Deutschtown businesses and those interested in establishing a business.

This program receives support and funding through the Urban Redevelopment Authority, Pittsburgh Partnership for Neighborhood Development and Pennsylvania’s Downtown Center and the Department of Community and Economic Development.
